Private Sessions
We are all walking our own path, and our bodies and minds reflect those differences. It makes sense that consistent, individualized learning is most effective. Independent sessions can be tailored for one person, a small group, or as part of a corporate wellness program. Any of these interconnected elements may be included:
Asana: movement, alignment, and restorative postures to stretch, strengthen, and invite space into the body and mind
Breath: breathing practices to create emotional space and to unite the body and mind
Seated Meditation: kriya techniques, visualization, and mudras, to deprogram and reprogram our mental patterns
Yoga Nidra: “Yogic Sleep” - reclined, long form, guided meditation to deeply relax and deprogram old patterns
Sound: chanting mantra to calm the nervous system and clear the mind
